I/we the under signed assume all risks associated with the tournament and release ACBT, Inc., the sponsors and tournament officials from all claims of injury and/or damage incurred in connection with this tournament. I/We also understand that the tournament committee reserves the right to reject my/our entry for any reason, and upon such rejections, refund my/our entryfee. We further agree to take a polygraph test should I/we be asked.
